MOBILE MOUSE PRO IPHONE HEADTRACKING UPDATE
The iOS update enables Tap to Pay on iPhones, so payments can be made through third-party payment systems that have been taught to handle this particular transaction mode. And there's now support for WebAuthn passkeys, which means websites and apps that implement passkey login can allow users to authenticate via Face ID or Touch ID instead of a password. Those with iCloud+ subscriptions can now set up a custom email domain with iCloud Mail via an iDevice in iOS 15.4. Apple, Google, Microsoft, Mozilla agree on something: Make web dev lives easier.

What's more, there's now an option to hide security recommendations about compromised passwords, based on the notion there might be times it would be inconvenient to hector users about weak security.

The iOS update also includes support for 37 new Emoji, a notification toggle option for Personal Automations in the Shortcuts app, an Apple Card widget in Today view (for seeing one's Apple Card activity), and the ability to add notes to iCloud Keychain password entries. It will be interesting to see whether devices configured for masked recognition end up authenticating people other than their owners. "Face ID is most accurate when it's set up for full-face recognition only," warns the Face ID setup pane. Designated iDevices can manage facial recognition of masked folk even with reading glasses – more so if you bother to set the system up to expect glasses – but not with sunglasses.Īpple acknowledges that face recognition with a mask doesn't work all that well. And once a script is completed there isn't any compelling reason to run it from the editor any longer.Apple's iOS 15.4 (and iPadOS 15.4) addresses 39 CVEs and implements support for Face ID authentication when wearing a health-oriented face mask, though only for iPhone 12 and 13. I would like to recreate the console interface so that I can side-step any side effects of the GUI because currently it seems unstable to me. I used to have a console version of FreePIE running but it doesn't compile anymore. The FreePIE gui will "capture" the mouse so that as I move the mouse across the FreePIE window the mouse slows down and then speeds up again when it gets to the other sideĪll in all, I've stopped using FreePIE for the time being and have been using GlovePIE these days. FreePIE will stop polling when I minimize the gui and then up start again when I restore the window These issues are not repeatable, but they only seem to happen while a game is running. I've noticed the following strange behavior while gaming with FreePIE. The FreePIE gui uses the WPF interface which is tied to DirectX and the graphics card and I suspect it contends with the gaming engine for resources. I've had a lot of strange behavior and crashes when using FreePIE during gaming. I would also try running the phone script for a few minutes without a game running.

Is this a known issue, or am I just unlucky? Also, lowering the refresh rate to <80hz and/or turning off Bluetooth seemed to fix my 'jitter' problem.ĭo you know whether it's related to the phone script or just FreePIE in general? I would try running a different script against the same game you are using when you see crashes. I'm using FreePIE v0.3 Build 121, with the script posted here. Yoder808 wrote:I experience crashes every few minutes using the iPhone script, but I don't recall anyone else having any issues in other threads where I've seen people using the iPhone with FreePie.
